“At the end of the Mass, Sir Ramon Rodriguez called me to handle one of the relics of St. Pio for veneration to the members of the parish to which I obliged. It was a privilege and honor and I felt something I could not explain.”

I came to know about St. Pio Parish, Beckel, La Trinidad, Benguet on the later part of September 2008 right after the culmination of the 2008 Bar Examinations. I was invited by my Aunt, Mrs. Paz Dominguez-Magpatoc, to attend the First Sunday Mass on October 5, 2008.

On that day, I, my wife, Alice, my daughters, Loven Faith and Aira, my Aunt Paz, attended the mass. The Church was still undergoing finishing touches at that time. At the end of the Mass, Sir Ramon Rodriguez called me to handle one of the relics of St. Pio for veneration to the members of the parish to which I obliged. It was a privilege and honor and I felt something I could not explain. I this asked St. Pio to intercede for me that I may pass the 2008 Bar Exams. From then on, I and my family attended First Sunday Masses at the Parish.

Then, on the evening of April 3, 2009, I and my family were having dinner then I received a text message from a friend, Atty. Darwin Lising, congratulating me. At first, I could not believe myself. However, I felt joy when I received successive messaged and calls from friends and acquaintances thereafter. Thus, on April 5, 2009, the First Sunday of the month, I and my family attended the mass to thank St. Pio for the blessing that the Lord has granted me and my family.

The last Bar Exams was a tough one. However, I felt blessed considering that I was tht only successful candidate among the eight from the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court in the City of Baguio who took the 2008 Bar Exams.

Thank you St. Pio, that through your intercession, I was granted the blessing of passing the 2008 Bar Exams.
